Introducing the KINS' BLUE Multi saw blade, a game-changer for cutting multiple steel tubes at the same time (double) with a tensile strength of 400-1,200 N/mm².

These saw blades are developed for high precision automatic machines. Twin machines and other multicut stationary machine brands like Rattunde Bewo, RSA, Soco, Sinico and more will fit as well. With a new carbide grade, latest development PVD coating for a smooth finish and innovative (dedicated) tooth geometry, it ensures optimal chip evacuation.

SPECIALIZED FOR SIMULTANEOUS CUTTING OF MULTIPLE STEEL TUBES

Crafted for performance, the KINS' BLUE Multi saw blade is specialized for simultaneous cutting of multiple steel tubes (400-1,200 N/mm²) on high-performance stationary multicut sawing machines. Optimal results are ensured at suggested cutting speeds of 180-290 m/min, with a tooth load ranging from 0.03 to 0.19 mm/tooth.

Revolutionize your multicut process with KINS' BLUE Multi saw blade, applying cutting speeds of 180-290 m/min and tooth loads ranging from 0.03 to 0.19 mm/tooth. Usage of variable tooth load is recommended.

Parameter example: TL1: 0.03-0.05 and TL2: 0.10-0.19 depending on tube size and orientation.
